Next, we went to a prosciutto shop for takeout

Next, we went to Ganbara, a bar famous for its mushroom dishes. There is no standing bar here, and everyone sits down

We waited about 20 minutes and were shown inside, and before sitting down, we ordered Txakoli

Soon after, we were shown to our seats and ordered food

いい雨宿りになった

After surfing, we walked around the seaside on the north side of the old town to La Concha Beach and Urgulleko Polborina on the mountain.

It was a nice day for a walk, but the climb to the cafe was really tough (^_^;)

Everyone was drinking sangria and mineral water

Back in the old town, El Puerto txokolate-denda

Hot chocolate and churros shop

Surprisingly, the hot chocolate and churros were refreshing

It just started raining, and it was a good place to take shelter

Surfing at Zurriola Beach

Fun waves at a set head

Because it was a holiday, there were a lot of people

It was hard to catch waves today

But the sun was strong and there was almost no wind, it was a good day for surfing

We had a lot of fun for about 2 hours

今日は

Bar Nestor

11:00に到着すると

6人待ちの4組目

12:00になると

受付開始

名前と人数を聞かれて

12:45に戻ってくるよう

言われる

旧市街を散策して

帰ってくると

ものすごい行列

名前が呼ばれて

奥の大きなテーブル席へ

牛ステーキは

焼く前に皿に

サイズ違いで2つ

現物を持ってきて

どちらがいいか聞かれる

スモールを選択

飲み物注文

まずはチャコリ

トルティーヤって言う

スパニッシュオムレツ？

これは先着限定品

が到着

ポテトと玉ねぎが

ねっとり柔らかく

うまい

次に

トマトサラダ

オリーブオイルとトマトの

香りが強くてうまい

ゲルニカペッバーのグリル

パプリカとししとうの間

みたいで食感がいい

いよいよステーキ

レアに焼かれていて

岩塩が効いててうまい

フードはこれがデフォルト

みたいでここでおしまいに

日差しがガチ強くなってきて

とても気持ちいい

ここの広場は元闘牛場

雰囲気あります

Bar hopping in the old town

Today we went to Bar Nestor

We arrived at 11:00 and were the fourth group out of a queue of six

At 12:00, registration began

They asked us our name and number of people and told us to come back at 12:45

After walking around the old town, we came back to find a huge queue

Our name was called and we went to a big table in the back

We ordered drinks

First, Txakoli

Before cooking, they brought two beef steaks of different sizes to a plate and asked which one we wanted

We chose small

They call it a tortilla

Spanish omelette? This is a limited-edition item that arrived first.

The potatoes and onions are soft and sticky.

Next is the tomato salad.

The strong aroma of olive oil and tomatoes is delicious.

Grilled Guernica peppers.

It has a nice texture, like a cross between paprika and shishito pepper.

Finally, the steak.

It’s rare and the rock salt is delicious.

This seems to be the default food, so I’ll stop here.

Txurrut Terraza Puba. We went to this cafe.

We had a cappuccino.

The sun is getting really strong and it feels great.

This square was formerly a bullring, so it has a nice atmosphere.

うーん最高！

ここはそこまで混んでなくて
ビール

ハムとチーズ
牛串のピンチョスを注文

After surfing, we went bar hopping in the old town

First, we went to BAR SPORT

It was really crowded
I went to the counter in the back
I went ahead and told the waiter
I translated our order in Spanish
He replied in Japanese
(^_^;)

After a while
Scallops, sea urchin, foie gras
and txakoli arrived

I toasted at the counter outside

The pintxos and txakoli
we had in the old town

Hmm, the best!

Next was Gandarias

It wasn’t that crowded here
I ordered beer, txakoli,
ham and cheese,
and beef skewer pintxos

Here too,
we toasted at the counter outside

The beef skewers were the best! (^o^)

Souvenir for my son
Real Sociedad

I went to the official shop last
to buy a Kubo Takefusa uniform

San Sebastian is the hometown
of Real Sociedad

The jersey I was looking for
My dog Kanoa’s jersey
I also got a miniature one for the clinic

海まで徒歩5分ほど

薄手のブーツで

ギリギリ大丈夫

水は冷たいがとてもキレイ

ビーチもゴミ一つない

午後になると雲が取れて

日差しが眩しい

波待ちしてると

ローカルの方が

人懐こく話しかけてきた

なかなか乗りづらかったけど

スペイン初サーフ

気持ちよく終われました

羽田第二ターミナルへ
高速で

道路はギリ空いてる
P4も空いてた
ラッキー！(^o^)

今回は
ホイール付き
長さ6.6フィート
ショートボードが
3枚入るボードケースに
新調

これで
カートに乗せなくても
引っ張って移動できる
ので楽チン！(^o^)

9:40発
フランクフルト行きの
ANA プレエコで約14時間

最前列中央3列の
通路側を予約

隣2席が空いていて
荷物は隣のシートへ
足元も広々で
トイレにも行きやすい
(^o^)

フランクフルトでの
トランスファーは
3時間後ルフトハンザの
スペインビルバオ空港行き

搭乗するも
急な機材変更で
一旦降りて1時間待ち

替えの機材が
ビルバオ空港に着いたのは
23:30

手配してあった
ミニバンタクシー
メルセデスVクラスに
すっぽりボードケースと
スーツケースが収まった

ここから高速で約60分

女性ドライバーだったが
めっちゃ飛ばすので
ちと怖かった(^_^;)

日付も変わって
翌1時にホテルに到着

長い移動でした
お疲れ様でした

Woke up at 5:00
To Haneda Terminal 2
On the highway

The roads were barely clear
P4 was also clear
Lucky! (^o^)

This time, I bought a new board case with wheels

6.6 feet long

It can hold 3 short boards

Now I can move around by pulling it without having to put it on a cart, so it’s easy! (^o^)

9:40 departure
About 14 hours on ANA Premium Economy to Frankfurt

Booked aisle seat in the front row, 3rd row

Two seats next to me were available, so I put my luggage in the seat next to me, and there was plenty of legroom and it was easy to go to the toilet
(^o^)

Transfer from Frankfurt was 3 hours later, Lufthansa to Bilbao Airport, Spain

I boarded the plane, but had to get off due to a sudden aircraft change and wait for an hour

The replacement aircraft arrived at Bilbao Airport at 23:30

My board case and suitcase fit perfectly in the Mercedes V-class minivan taxi I had arranged

From here it was about 60 minutes on the highway

The driver was a woman, but she drove really fast so it was a bit scary (^_^;)

The date had changed and I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 the next day

It was a long journey
