where a WSL match was held recently.

Unfortunately, there were no waves.

Next, we went to Ericeira.

From a clifftop perch,

we could see the entire point.

Igarashi Kanoa also has a second home nearby.

Lunch at Tasquinha do Joy.

Draft beer.

Octopus salad.

Octopus tempura.

Grilled clams.

Grilled sea bass.

Seafood mixed grill.

This place is amazing!
So delicious!

Today we checked out PENICHE in the north

Quiche and soup cappuccino at LAGDE COFFEE&FOOD

Unfortunately it was raining, but the conditions were excellent with gentle offshore waves

I made three sharp backside turns in a row for the first time in a while, and it felt so good I can’t describe it
(^o^)(^o^)

It’s because of these rare moments of luck that I can’t stop surfing

We went to SURF LAGDE PENICHE, the surf lodge in Peniche that we’ve been checking out for the longest time for surfing in Portugal

We had coffee at the counter

We got a nice T-shirt and hoodie

Next time we’d definitely like to stay there

The Castella-style ones are interesting because they’re half-cooked before they’re baked and rare (^o^)

Next, we went to a prosciutto shop for takeout

Next, we went to Ganbara, a bar famous for its mushroom dishes. There is no standing bar here, and everyone sits down

We waited about 20 minutes and were shown inside, and before sitting down, we ordered Txakoli

Soon after, we were shown to our seats and ordered food

② Grilled Guernica peppers
③ Assorted mushrooms with egg yolk and foie gras

① The hot croquettes are rich and go well with Txakoli

I’m hooked on this
Simply delicious

Hmmmm I’m so happy (^o^)

I took the minivan taxi I arranged to Bilbao Airport

Air Portugal was delayed by about an hour

I got a Real Madrid Mbappé jersey as a souvenir for my son

After surfing, we walked around the seaside on the north side of the old town to La Concha Beach and Urgulleko Polborina on the mountain.

It was a nice day for a walk, but the climb to the cafe was really tough (^_^;)

Everyone was drinking sangria and mineral water

Back in the old town, El Puerto txokolate-denda

Hot chocolate and churros shop

Surprisingly, the hot chocolate and churros were refreshing

It just started raining, and it was a good place to take shelter

Fun waves at a set head

Because it was a holiday, there were a lot of people

It was hard to catch waves today

But the sun was strong and there was almost no wind, it was a good day for surfing

We had a lot of fun for about 2 hours
