&サーフトリップ

二日目は5:00起床

30分ほどクルマで
みなと食堂へ

無料の3台分の駐車場は
すでにいっぱい

すぐ近くの有料駐車場へ
2時間￥200

みなと食堂は6:00オープン

6:00過ぎに到着するも
6時から7時はすでにいっぱい

7時からの予約に記帳して
車内で待つ

程なくして電話が鳴り
店から呼ばれる

 

わたしは
ひらめ丼とせんべい汁

妻は色んな魚が楽しめる
漁師丼とせんべい汁

漬けのタレが
主張しすぎず
程よい感じ

魚は言うまでもなく
とても新鮮

黄身を絡めると
まろやかで濃厚

せんべい汁は
せんべいと言うより
ワンタンのような食感

紫色の髪の毛の女将さんが
丁寧に調理しています

ホールスタッフの女性も
予約の記帳とメニューの説明など
丁寧な仕事です

早起きしたかいのある
美味しい朝食でした

Woke up at 5:00 on the second day

Drove for about 30 minutes to Minato Shokudo

The free parking lot for 3 cars was already full

Go to the nearby paid parking lot for 200 yen for 2 hours

Minato Shokudo opens at 6:00

Arrived after 6:00, but it was already full from 6 to 7

Signed up for a reservation from 7 and waited in the car

Soon after, the phone rang and the restaurant called

My wife ordered the Fisherman’s Bowl and Senbei, which have a variety of fish to enjoy Beijiru

I had a flounder bowl and senbeijiru

The sauce was just right, not too strong

Needless to say, the fish was very fresh

When you mix it with the yolk, it becomes mellow and rich

The senbeijiru has a texture more like wonton than senbei

The purple-haired proprietress carefully prepares the food

The female hall staff also carefully records reservations and explains the menu

It was a delicious breakfast that was worth getting up early for
